1. Who we are
The botan.sale shop is run by DJ MEDICAL BV, trading as BEAUQUIP (also BOTAN Benelux), exclusive distributor of BOTAN for Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

2. Scope
These terms apply to every order on botan.sale. By ordering, you accept them. They are written for consumers. If you buy as a business, please also read article 12.
3. Products and prices
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photos are for illustration and packaging may vary slightly. Prices are in euros and include 21% VAT. You see the shipping cost before you pay. Obvious pricing or typing errors do not bind us.
4. Order and contract
The contract is formed once your payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email. We may refuse an order if we suspect fraud, if a product is unavailable or if there is an obvious error. In that case we refund you in full.
5. Payment
You pay in advance, securely, through Stripe (Bancontact, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL and the other methods shown). We never see or store card details. Your invoice is emailed to you automatically.
6. Delivery
We only deliver in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, with bpost, or you collect free of charge in Schilde. Delivery times and costs are on the shipping & returns page. Risk passes to you once you (or someone you name) receive the parcel.
7. Retention of title
Products remain the property of DJ MEDICAL BV until the full price has been paid.
8. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have 14 days to change your mind. For hygiene reasons, cosmetics whose seal has been broken after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal, so a return must be unopened and unused. 9. Warranty and complaints
You are entitled to the 2-year legal guarantee for defects that existed at delivery. Report a defect within 2 months of discovering it. Please report a damaged or wrong parcel within 7 days, with a photo, to info@botan.sale.
Always follow the directions and precautions on the packaging, and do a patch test if in doubt. Self-tanner does not protect against the sun.
10. Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by misuse or use contrary to the instructions, nor for indirect damage. This does not apply to fraud, intentional or gross fault, or bodily injury caused by our fault. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or non-performance caused by force majeure, such as strikes, transport or supply problems at bpost or the manufacturer, technical failures or a pandemic. If it lasts longer than 30 days, you may cancel free of charge and we refund you.
12. Business customers
If you order with a VAT number for your business, you buy as a professional. The right of withdrawal does not apply, visible defects must be reported in writing within 5 working days of delivery, and the general terms of BEAUQUIP also apply (beauquip.be/voorwaarden). For business customers, the courts of Antwerp have jurisdiction.

13. Intellectual property
BOTAN®, the logo, product names, photos, videos and texts belong to BOTAN Cosmetics and/or DJ MEDICAL BV. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.
14. Personal data
We process your data in line with the GDPR. See our privacy and cookie policy.
15. Complaints, disputes and governing law
Have a complaint? Email info@botan.sale and we will look for a solution together. If that fails, you can contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service free of charge (consumerombudsman.be).
Belgian law applies, without depriving you of the mandatory protection of your country of residence. As a consumer you can also go to the court of your place of residence.
Terms of the MENT TV discount code
Valid from 2 November 2026 up to and including 30 November 2026 (Belgian time), only for orders on www.botan.sale. Not valid in BOTAN studios.
