Shipping & returns

Where do we deliver?

We only deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, with bpost. Pick-up at our showroom in Schilde is also possible, free and by appointment.

Delivery costs

Free from €75 (after any discount).

Below that: €5.95 in Belgium and €8.95 to the Netherlands or Luxembourg.

Pick-up in Schilde: free.

Delivery time

We ship within 1–2 working days after payment. bpost then usually delivers within 1–2 working days in Belgium and 2–3 working days in the Netherlands and Luxembourg. You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your parcel leaves.

If delivery doesn't take place within 30 days, you may cancel your order free of charge and we'll refund you in full.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you have 14 calendar days to change your mind, starting the day after receipt. Let us know within that period at info@botan.sale (your name, order number and the products). You may also use the model form below. You can also withdraw online with our withdrawal function: Withdraw from contract here.

Then return the products within 14 days to: BOTAN Benelux (BEAUQUIP), Turnhoutsebaan 14, 2970 Schilde, Belgium. Return costs are for your account.

Cosmetics: unopened only

For hygiene reasons and to protect health, cosmetics whose seal or safety packaging has been opened after delivery cannot be returned (art. VI.53, 5° Belgian Code of Economic Law). Returned products must therefore be unopened, unused and with the seal intact, in their original packaging. Accessories (mitt, band) must be unused.

Refund

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, including the standard delivery costs of your original order, via the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or you have shown proof of return.

Damaged or wrong product?

Received a damaged, faulty or wrong product? Email us within 7 days at info@botan.sale with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you. Your 2-year legal guarantee always remains in place.
